XRackPro.com is owned and operated by GizMac Accessories, LLC. GizMac
is headquartered in Torrance, California; which is located about 10 miles

South of the city of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
 

GizMac Accessories XRackPro2 server racks are available in 4U, 6U, 12U and 25U sizes. A 12U Studio Rack model of XRackPro2 has been introduced for environments that do not require as much equipment depth. The entire XRackPro2 product line is designed, manufactured and assembled in the USA.

Providing industry standard 19” (48.2 cm) wide rackmount cabinet space, the
second generation and a quality built XRackPro2 is an ideal server rack and
computer cabinet for Apple (Xserve server and Xserve RAID), Windows, Linux,
Sun, SGI, Dell, HP and other PC computer rackmount servers and storage.

The XRackPro2 is also a great solution for video, audio or any other rackmount systems that can benefit from a reduction in noise and increased mobility. Several combinations of rackmount 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U servers, disk arrays or other equipment can be mounted inside this cabinet enclosure.

The XRackPro noise reduction enclosure product line started with the 12U XRackPro in 2002, the XRackPro was created because of increasing noise levels of computer equipment and the need to reduce that noise in work environments.

GizMac then introduced the 4U XRackPro2 in 2006; the trend toward 1U servers in small working environments generated the demand for a smaller XRackPro.

The next offering was a larger rack for customers that operate larger amounts of noisy equipment; so the 25U XRackPro2 was developed in late 2006.

The XRackPro2 6U, was added because of the common system requirements for a 1U server, a 3U RAID and a 2U battery backup (6U total) in small to medium size offices.
